Andrea Corzo

Born in Bogotá, Colombia (1984). Academically trained as an audiovisual producer at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali, the mecca of Colombian cinema. Her directors planted in her a passion for narrative, directing actors and editing. She has been a liaison producer, line producer, production manager, production manager, executive producer, editor, casting director, and filmmaker. She has worked in classic formats such as fiction feature films and short films and television series, as well as web series.

Her best quality as a film and television producer is the passion for her work that goes beyond the professional demands that each project demands of her.

She participated in the production process of the films “Before Fire” and “El Cartel de la papa”, not only as a producer but also as a casting director. She was also part of the fiction series for Caracol Televisión “Los Hombres tambien Lloran” as a line producer. As an executive producer, she participated in several documentaries in the Caracol series of Caracol Televisión specials, such as “A qué sabe Colombia”. Likewise, as director and producer, she participated in the web series for Caracol Next “Los Hinchas” and “Venga le dice”. She has been the editor of several trailers for great films and different documentaries.
